Do I need to book, or can I walk in?+
Both. Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours, but booking on WhatsApp guarantees a slot and means less waiting. We keep same-day appointments open for anyone feeling unwell.
Can I get lab results the same day?+
For most common tests — malaria, blood sugar, full blood count — yes, results are ready the same day. A few specialist tests take longer and we'll tell you upfront.
Do you care for children?+
Absolutely. Our GPs see patients of all ages, from infants to elders, and our Family Care plan covers up to five members of one household.
